How It Is Stored
Form submissions are stored in a managed database hosted by our backend provider. Photos and PDFs attached to a request are stored in a private cloud storage bucket that is not publicly listable. Access is limited to Quality Paving staff who need it to respond to your request.
Who Receives Your Information
Estimate submissions are delivered to office@qualitypavingga.com and to authorized Quality Paving team members. We share information with outside parties only when required to deliver your project (for example, a subcontractor performing work at your address) or when required by law.
File Uploads
Any photos or documents you attach are treated as part of your project record. We ask that you do not upload files containing information unrelated to your paving project (for example, personal identification documents or financial statements). If you upload such material by mistake, contact us and we will remove it.
Retention
We retain estimate requests, project records, and related communications for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy tax, insurance, and legal recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see “Your Rights”).
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses only the cookies required for the site to function. If website analytics are enabled in the future (for example, a privacy-respecting page-view counter), this policy will be updated to name the provider and describe what is collected.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect the information you submit, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access-controlled storage.
