Documented In Every Proposal
Project scope, exclusions, payment terms, and any workmanship review terms are defined in the signed written proposal for each Quality Paving job.
Each Quality Paving project is documented in a written proposal that spells out the scope of work, materials, exclusions, payment terms, and any workmanship review terms specific to that project. Those written terms — not a generic warranty page — govern the job.
Supplier product documentation for materials such as sealer, traffic paint, and hot mix can be requested when it applies to the project scope.
Quality Paving does not offer a universal or standardized warranty program. Coverage — where applicable — is specific to each signed proposal and is affected by scope, materials, site conditions, base and drainage, project type, use, and maintenance.

Annual Maintenance Plans
Preventive maintenance is the most reliable way to protect pavement over time. Our commercial property maintenance plans can include scheduled crack seal, sealcoat refresh, striping refresh, and pavement inspections so owners can plan repairs before small issues become expensive failures.
